2567 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley, CA    

The Shuman Block's original terracotta and brick facade had been covered up for decades with steel panels.  The project work involved eliminating the panels and restoring the original look of the terracotta pieces embellishing the window openings.  New retail storefronts were added with butt-glazing and tile bulkheads.
